1. Return and exchange periods:
Immediate return/exchange. The customers should check the products upon deliverly. There will be no return on products successfully purchased by the customers.
2. Method of returning/exchanging products:
The delivery man will receive products from the customer. Then they will immediately delivery new products to the customer (in case of exchanging).
3. Refund procedure:
In case of advancepayment, the company will return your money within 24 hours; in case of cash on delivery, the customer will not need to make payment to the company.
4. Exchange/return charges:
It will be completely free for delivery, exchange or return charges if the goods have one of the following faults: wrong delivery of goods, torn container, low-quality product, squashed product or out of expiry date, etc.
The customer will pay delivery charge in case of any faults not attributable to our company.
